How does it work?

The opportunity for development lies – not in changing the people – but in changing their perception of others and the way they relate to each other.

In my facilitation activity I help my clients develop their leadership skills, build stronger teams, and more effectively deal with conflict. I use an psychometric tool invented by the psychologist Elias Porter,  which provides a baseline for understanding who we are and what motivates us, revealing the same insight of others, both when things are going well and also when conflict in involved.

This tool is being used by 90 of the Fortune 100 companies, being widely considered by teams “a manual for working with others”.

This development tool may be used everywhere human interaction takes place at all levels of an organization or working activity, being a chosen resource by thousands of organisations and individuals worldwide.

If you have a problem in your organization, or maybe you want to better know your employees and increase their engagement with their work, their relationship, or increase your sales and performance, then let’s meet up and customize an appropriate training with successful results.
