In my facilitation activity I help my clients develop their leadership skills, build stronger teams, and more effectively deal with conflict. I use an psychometric tool invented by the psychologist Elias Porter, which provides a baseline for understanding who we are and what motivates us, revealing the same insight of others, both when things are going well and also when conflict in involved.
